Today's episode is a dope throwback keynote I did in 2019 all about happiness. I take a deep dive into finding the root of what is causing your unhappiness and preventing you from executing on things you really want to do. Whether it's starting a podcast, making a new video or sharing a picture of yourself, a lot of it ultimately comes down to people overvaluing judgment and what is "socially acceptable" over what would actually make them happy. I go into detail about how this mindset is damaging and some of the things you can do to break out of that thinking pattern.
