In the early hours of May 5th 2004, a couple of local fisherman found a dark green suitcase floating in the water near the Chesapeake Bay Bridge tunnel. Inside this suitcase, wrapped in black plastic trash bags were the dismembered legs of a man, cut from the knees down. This would only be the beginning of more gruesome discoveries in similar suitcases, that would shock the cheerful tourist community of Virginia Beach to its core.
