Hi all, been quite some time since we were all in school together so I thought I'd put a podcast out with some updates to work for all year groups. Y7/8 your info starts from 1m23secs of the podcast, this is on FITNESS TESTING. Y9 CNationals- your information starts from 4mins onwards- this is a continuation of RO53 LO1 as I am still waiting for work to be submitted. Lastly Y10 CNationals- your info starts from 5m22secs and is work from RO51, 52, 53 and a start of 54.
