Now affectionately known as Master Kim, he calls himself a Romantic, enjoying his life in seclusion at Doldam Hospital. But when an ex-colleague and Chief of the main hospital sets his sights on Doldam Hospital to close the hospital and convert it into a VIP medical centre, Master Kim must do what he can to protect the hospital and the future he sees for Doldam Hospital.

Doldam Hospital becomes a revolving door for young skilled doctors with Master Kim teaching these young doctors about life values and what it truly means to be a doctor.
