What is secular grace? Do you need religion to be moral? What happens after you no longer believe?
David Ames is the pioneer of the “secular grace” movement, the host of The Graceful Atheist podcast, and the organizer of his Deconversion Anonymous group.
In 2015, David lost his Christian faith after 27 years of ministry, which started his de-conversion journey to find grace in secularism.
As shared on his website, David states, “I could no longer sustain belief. It seemed to me the deeper I dug for truth in my beliefs the shakier they became. In contrast, the deeper I dug for truth in science and reason the more profound it became.”
