Jay's the National Training Coordinator for the Royal Canadian Mounted Police dive program in Canada, and is in charge of the RCMP National Underwater Recovery Training Center, or as they call it NURTC, in Nanaimo BC. Jay is an ERDI Instructor Trainer with 33 years of teaching experience in the diving industry, including the last 16 years teaching public safety diving. Jay has 20 years experience as a public safety diver, performed over 1200 public safety dives alone. He's also an East coast kid who cut his teeth diving in the Bay of Fundy and an all around nice guy
