It is no secret that even a quick glance at just one photo and you can open the floodgates to hundreds of memories. We are also very mindful that organising years, and often multiple generations, of photos can inevitably open the floodgates to a whole range of emotions and feelings. In this episode we broach upon the sensitive topic of emotions. We talk about; •the types of photos that could trigger strong emotions, •a wonderful tool created by The Junto Institute called the Emotion & Feeling Wheel, •and most importantly, what you could do when these emotions come flooding in. While some emotions could be challenging to navigate there are many others that give us the "fuzzies', as our dear friend Katie mentions in Episode 57 "Story Jotting with Katie".
