The Duke Blue Devils open up the season Monday evening against the Maine Black Bears, and we preview the game on Episode 659!

Maine comes to town for the first game of the year, and Jason and Donald take us through what we can expect from the Black Bears. They have some experience and a couple of guys who are sound defensively. And, we look forward to what Duke brings to the table and how maturity and leadership should get off to an excellent start tomorrow night.

Shelton Henderson officially committed to Duke on Saturday, becoming the 4th player in Duke’s Class of 2025 recruiting class. We go over again what makes him special and we’re really excited to see him in a Duke uniform next season.

After the break, we head to the gridiron, where Duke Football lost to Miami 53-31 in a game that was much closer than the score indicated. We discuss what went wrong for the Blue Devils and hope they are able to recognize they’re better than that score. With a trip to NC State coming up this weekend, Duke has a chance to get back on track and secure a solid bowl with wins in their last 3 games.
