Sabrina Schottenhamel is a Licensed Massage Therapist, Professional Speaker & Introverted Leader. Her passion for health, wellness & self-care is the motivation for her mission to create simple yet effective ways to enjoy life. Her motto is “One Voice. Two Hands” which blends the healing touch of her hands with the power of using her voice to share her wealth of knowledge.
One of the hurdles Sabrina had to overcome was her fear of public speaking. She knew she wanted growth for herself and her business, and soon realized she was being held back by her story of introversion. Thats when she decided to join Toastmasters and her perspective and life changed for the best!
