For the past 2 and a half years, Hilary Calderwood has owned and managed her Airbnb business in the UK- without owning any of her own properties! The company has 8 properties, in different cities around England and Wales (at time of recording)
Originally from Canada, she moved to the UK and was working in a restaurant. She finally said "enough is enough!" She wanted something more fulfilling, free and wanted more money!
This business has given Hilary the freedom and flexibility to travel, see her family from Canada and enjoy life, with constant cash coming in.
Hilary is now set out to help others do the same. She is speaking on stages and works with the Property Accelerator events. In 2022, she also arranged and secured 10 additional properties for other people. Helping others live more happily is her aim!
