What is For Profit For Purpose?

If you are someone who needs to buy or sell real estate, This is for you.

If you're someone who's got a boatload of money laying around and you want to invest it in intelligent real estate Investments, This is for you.

If you’re a broker and you are someone who's driven by your purpose and you know that you thrive when you're around intelligent, competent fun-loving kind people. This is for you.

If you are if you've got money that you've set aside to do good and that you've earmarked for that and you're looking to put that someplace where it will create something sustainable and Perpetual, This is for you.

I want to make this real estate done right.

I want to equip people to understand why and what they're buying and selling.

I want to have investors make a ton.

I want everyone to win, right?

I want our sellers and buyers to win.

What do we say?

We say we want our buyers to win, our sellers to profit, our investors to prosper.

So I'm doing this because I really was raised in a story or context that there's a lot of things out there that are for other people. They're just not for us and when I learned about real estate and basically what the rules of engagement are and how it works and realize that, oh man, not only is this for me but this is a really powerful tool, this creates a lot of freedom in life.

That's when life changed and what I was capable of changed and so I'm doing this because I want other people to play in that game, right?

I feel like real estate is a great equalizer. And when you the only thing that holds you back from success in real estate is yourself for not understanding how it’s played.

And so that's what this is all about is making sure that everybody has that opportunity.

Why you should listen to this is because so many people have been through the circuit of grooves and people who come to town and teach something. There's nothing here that we're doing like that.

We're actually talking to people who are in the game, people who are on the ground and actually using this as a vehicle right now every day and this is not going to be the people that you normally would hear from or think of when you think of real estate investing.

Since property ownership has been a thing, vast amounts of wealth have been transferred from generation to generation through real estate. And so when you have real estate, you have not only a foundation for your life now, but for leaving a legacy for your children, and I'm a mother and that's really important to me.

It's really about freedom and its really being about being able to kind of plot your own course, and creating opportunity and taking advantage of that so that you get to let you know yourself differently get it know yourself and who you are and just be yourself because everything I've been a part of so far.

There's some really cool things that we can do by just changing the view of business as usual and who and what we can see from that different perspective or new opportunities.

We can make a lot of money, we can have a lot of fun together and we can really be in control of where we're going.

So, we are a company of Brokers and investors, as well as we are the first real estate company in the state of Washington to be B Corp. Social purpose for profit. It’s like Tom’s shoes right? Buy a pair, give a pair is that actually a type of corporation that their distinction if they don't have to be driven solely by profit in their decision-making they actually equal to that are driven by purpose. So when they're making their when their decisions where purpose often can outweigh Profit that I think that the businesses that are going to be around or the ones that have meaning and have purpose and so I think that's the real magic is in longevity.
