Welcome back to The Freedom-Filled Life Podcast for an exciting new season! In today’s episode we’re sitting down best friend style to dive into the decision of transitioning from offering online courses to live small group programs. After a decade of success with our Bucketlist Bombshells Academy (many of you tuning in are probably former students and we’re so grateful you’re here!), we reflect on the changing landscape of online education and the evolving needs of our community. We’re taking you behind the scenes into our decision making process for something that didn’t have a straight forward path or “right” answer from anyone other than ourselves.
In this episode, we candidly share the challenges, lessons, and breakthroughs that led us to pivot our business model. From navigating burnout to reimagining how to best serve you (our audience), we discuss how our passion for creating more personal, hands on connections and offering accountability drove this shift.
If you’ve ever felt disconnected from your business model or wondered if it’s time to pivot, this episode will inspire you to reconnect with your why and embrace change with intention.
What You’ll Learn in Today’s Episode:
- Why we shifted away from online courses: The changes in the industry and our community’s needs that inspired the pivot.
- The power of live small group programs: How these programs create deeper connections, accountability, and success for our clients.
- Navigating uncertainty in business: Lessons from our journey of closing a chapter, embracing experimentation, and reigniting our passion.
- Actionable steps to reconnect with your business: How to reflect on your why and assess if your current model aligns with your goals and values.
