To be a “game changer” one must be empathetic, realistic, and fearless. This, according to expert marketer and promoter, Kate Elfatah. Kate has been in the business of helping other business owners and decision makers succeed for over twenty years. Her own firm, HOM Consulting, has been around for 13 years. She knows what it takes to “get to the next level” and influence others.
Of the three requirements Kate listed, being empathetic may be the easiest to achieve. Understanding someone else’s predicament is not always easy but can be done. Being realistic, however, is a bit more challenging. Often, we have very lofty goals, which are not always attainable. We need to be real with ourselves and our abilities. And, lastly, being fearless is often difficult. Being fearless means you don’t care what other people think, and you can handle the risks associated with what you are trying to accomplish.
All this said, Kate is spot on. You want to be a game changer? Care about others. Know what you can and can’t accomplish. Have courage.
Kate Elfatah is honest, straightforward, and will go the extra mile for her clients. What she won’t do is sugar coat anything. That is what makes Kate so valuable to those she works with.
