What is one thing that will help all of us, or at least most of us, in 2023? Do you ever question your own level of confidence? Why is that? We should all feel extremely confident in who we are and in our abilities. However, life sometimes hits us upside the head and knocks us down a bit. When that happens, we need to dig deep and know that we are okay and life is okay.
Sounds heavy? Maybe. Here’s the short of it, if we were all completely confident as individuals the world would be a happier more content place. People would not be so eager to offend, or get defensive, or just get down. So, here’s my challenge… increase your level of confidence.
Now, how are we going to do that. In this episode I outline 5 steps that will help build confidence. Are all five necessary? No. Are these the exact five steps needed? No. But, these are five important components of building confidence. We are all different, so what works for me, may not work for you. And the opposite is also true.
Most of us could use a bit more confidence. Try out these five steps. Don’t cost nothin’ and you got nothin’ to lose! Give it a listen. You’ll become a game changer!
