Ryan Bolton has a very impressive resume both as an athlete and a coach.

Coming out of college as a talented swimmer and runner, he gave triathlon a go and came 2nd as a junior in the world triathlon championships which kickstarted his professional triathlon career.

He competed in the Sydney Olympics in 2000 and is now one of the top Triathlon and Running Coaches in the world.

He is the current USA Triathlon High Performance Advisor, he coaches top Ironman athletes such as Ben Hoffman, Heather Jackson and of course we had to ask about our man Sam Long! This is on top of elite runners including Caroline Rotich, winner of the 2015 Boston Marathon.
