I am a marketing agency owner myself and trust me, I've committed many mistakes and wasted so much time. It's not easy to run a marketing agency but with time and lots of failures, I've learned some pretty important lessons

Many people often ask me, should I go niche or go broad? The answer to that is actually dependant on your circumstance.

If you're young and have time to explore, do try going broad, but if you've been running your agency for a while and are getting on with age, definitely go niche.

Also, it's great to come up with models in your agency. It doesn't have to be anything new but it can be a bundling of offers that you've been offering all this while.

Focus deep in one service, have a specific target audience, have a great offer and great messaging so you can differentiate yourself.
