Dating while having a disability is difficult enough but when you have standards and none that are physical, none for shallow reasons just standards that will make sure we as a couple have the highest rate of success... Many people/ Men especially tell me that I should take what I can get and since I was a teenager, I was told that in other words or the blame was put on me. People with disability have a right to fall in love and love someone who they are genuinely compatible with, not someone that who you will be with because at least they are someone who wants me, but they don't or won't love me, they only see me as someone who can and will be able to be coaxed into doing what and as they say.
