Endometriosis is an often painful disorder in which tissue commonly found in the uterus is found growing outside, involving the ovaries, fallopian tubes, and the tissue lining the pelvis. At 17, Sade was diagnosed with this disorder after experiencing intense body pain that mimicked the flu symptoms.
