For a man who needs no introduction, I will surely try my best. I am absolutely honored to cross another name off of my Bucket List and welcome lawyer, marketeer, and “Pittsburgh Icon” Edgar Snyder to the ICYRB Studio. Growing up, I think it’s safe to say that no matter what you were watching on tv, you’d be sure to hear this man during the commercial break. Mr Edgar Snyder is, in his words, a “marketeer who practiced law.” With hundreds of commercials playing throughout the years, people young and old knew that tagline “There’s Never A Fee Unless We Get Money For You.” This week, Mr Snyder sits down with me to talk about his childhood, his decision to pursue a career in law, being an innovator in marketing, and how he worked his way up to being one of the most well known figures in our city today. What a guy. What a conversation. What an absolute legacy. This was a big moment for me as an interviewer and definitely something I will never forget. I’m so thankful to Mr Snyder for sharing some time with me and I hope you enjoy it as much as I did.
