Then we speak with Jana and Rose, student organizers with The New School chapter of Students for Justice in Palestine and the student Gaza Solidarity Encampment, which lasted over a weeks and was shut down when the university called in the police on May 3. Then we speak with Alex Holmstrom-Smith of Red Cosmos Society, which is dedicated to creating and spreading new holiday celebrations and rituals that embody leftist values of solidarity and struggle to create a better world.
