Professor Barker, a visiting clinical associate professor within the distinguished Jonathan Tisch Center of Hospitality and Tourism Management at New York University's School of Professional Studies, discusses DEI initiatives in hospitality education. Notably, the Tisch Center hosts the Alliance for Hospitality Equity and Diversity (AHED), an initiative founded initially by Professor Barker during his tenure at FIU.
