Tanner Horgan joins the podcast (33:00) to talk about winning the pre-trials tournament in Liverpool, Nova Scotia, earning his team the final spot at the Olympic trials in Saskatoon. He also discusses his growth and maturity, how he joined the team, what should younger teams do to get ahead, the love of curling in his family (his sister is Tracy Fleury while his brother Jacob is on his team), how curling broadcasts helped him learn the game, the best way to build a university curling program, and how Canada should develop young curlers.
