Karen is active in the world of dispute resolution as a mediator and collaborative attorney. Karen, along with family members and nephrologists, established the John E. Lewy Fund for Children’s Health to continue her father's legacy and for a number of years, was on the Board of Directors at the School on Wheels of Massachusetts and now on the advisory council.
