A quieter week on the racing front, but our own Joshua Lunn was in action in Paris racing over half marathon. Josh has a disappointing race to recap, and even talks us through an injury sustained by bag carrying. Shane has disappointing news as he announces he will be a DNS on the startline of Malaga after he hasn't recovered from his hamstring injury.
