Steve Alloy grew up in a home-building family where a common weekend pastime was touring model homes, but he never intended to go into the family business. After a recession dried up his career in international real estate investment, he found himself with a fresh opportunity and a foot in the door at Stanley Martin Homes. His position as President and CEO is now his 14th role within the company, where his father put the ‘Martin’ in Stanley Martin Homes.
