In Season 2 of the Interruptions Podcast, we explore Value Congruence. The institute recently announced nine new organizational values. During this season we talk to various community members about each of the values and what it means to Live Our Values Everyday (LOVE GT). In this first episode we chat with members of the Workplace Learning and Professional development team and dig into how having our organizational values and the behaviors associated with them helps ground the work that they do in advancing Georgia Tech’s mission and community members’ career potential through engaging and applicable learning.
