And how can they believe without hearing about him? And how can they hear without a preacher? And how can they preach unless they are sent? As it is written: How beautiful are the feet of those who bring good news. Let’s go to those we can... and help send others to those we cannot. 1. Every person needs Jesus. Romans 3:23 For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God; Romans 5:8 But God proves his own love for us in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us. Romans 10:9, 13 If you confess with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved. How, then, can they call on him they have not believed in? And how can they believe without hearing about him? (Romans 10:14) 2. Every Christian has a mission. And how can they hear without a preacher? And how can they preach unless they are sent? (Romans 10:14-15) John 17:18, Jesus said, "As you sent Me into the world, I also have sent them into the world." John 20:21, Jesus said, "As the Father has sent Me, I am sending you." Acts 1:8, Jesus said, “you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you; and you will be My witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth.” 3. Every mission of every Christian is to tell every person about the good news of Jesus. And how can they preach unless they are sent? As it is written: How beautiful are the feet of those who bring good news. (Romans 10:15) Acts 20:24, Paul says, "my purpose/mission is to finish my course and the ministry I received from the Lord Jesus, to testify to the gospel of God’s grace.” Why haven’t they heard? > Do Nothing > Give Generously > Go Courageously > Pray Constantly Let’s go to those we can... and help send others to those we cannot.
