Kat understood the need for professional women to have comfortable and stylish shoes that wouldn't cost a fortune. Her goal was to create a product that looked and felt just as luxurious as Jimmy Choo shoes, but at a more affordable price point.

One of the best pieces of advice she has for aspiring entrepreneurs is to not give up, but to make sure you're working on something that brings in income, so you can invest in your business while it's still growing and scaling. As she says: "Don't give up, but make sure you stay working in something that brings you income, so you are available to invest in your business while still growing and scaling your business into the point you can grow and launch."

Kat stresses the importance of being committed and dedicated, even if it means missing out on holidays in the beginning and visiting factories during holidays.
