In today’s episode, Lea and Soham speak with Rugilė Matsuvičiūtė. Though not a part of the Journey, Rugile is heavily involved in environmental issues and sustainability, having her own podcast about it: Išpakuota, which means "Unpack" in Lithuanian. Her background includes French language and Lithuanian literature, yet it was during that time she discovered her true calling: to create online content. Hence, she decided to study a Master’s in Journalism which she will complete soon and may consider digging deeper into studying Sustainability in the future. Her main interest is on what can be done daily to live more sustainably, especially in regard to nature and conservation, which is linked to our wellbeing.
