The "Plateau" is a dieters worst enemy (asides from doughnuts, pizza, burgers, hot chips....), it's the point in their journey where nothing they do makes a difference.
It's no longer a battle between the mind and the body, it's now a matter of the mind versus itself.
For most, the plateau only lasts for a few months before they get through, I wasn't quite that lucky.
