How does likes, dislikes and hobbies make you UNIQUE?

Identity is a complex and multifaceted concept that is influenced by a variety of factors, but there are 3 influences that often are forgotten.

• What you LIKE
• What you DISLIKE
• What you choose as a HOBBY

Your likes, dislikes and hobbies play a huge part in who you are.
There are 12 aspects of IDENTITY (who you are + where you fit) They include personality, attitude, likes/dislikes, goals, experiences, habits, hobbies, passions, creativity, perspective, God/ connections, and other.
When you think about your LIKES, DISLIKES and HOBBIES what comes to your mind? Do you have a strong opinion about Food, School Subjects, Places, People, Music, Games, Weather, Movies, Culture, Taxes, Politics? Are you drawn into the world of art, science, history, or math? Do you find yourself building, planting, creating, restoring or competing? There are many things from this list could bring to you enjoyment or pleasure, while others items might be repulsive or fearful.
Likes, dislikes and hobbies can play a role in shaping your identity, as they can reflect your personal preferences, values, and beliefs. For example, if a person likes to read, they may identify as an intellectual or a lifelong learner. Conversely, if a person dislikes certain foods, they may identify as a picky eater or someone who is health-conscious. If you are a painter, that may identify you as a creative. It's important to note that likes, dislikes and hobbies can also be influenced by a variety of external factors, such as cultural norms, social pressure, religious view points and personal experiences or expressions. As a result, these areas may change over time as you are exposed to new experiences, people and perspectives.

The truth is when it comes to your IDENTITY and your UNIQUENESS it has to do with how you THINK + FEEL … which causes you to CHOOSE a life preference which shapes you.
Identity is all about who you are, where you spend your time, energy and money. How you relax and find fulfillment, as well as, what you criticize, avoid and get angry about.

When you take time to identify your LIKES, DISLIKES and HOBBIES you will be able to quickly discover where you express, grow, connect, develop skills, build confidence, and explore, all of which can and will, contribute to your sense of identity.
