After 911 dispatch sent Philly police the wrong way last summer, city makes progress on improvements

Philadelphia City Council and the Police Department have been working to improve the city's 911 dispatch center following a tragic incident last summer when a dispatcher sent police to the wrong address of a shooting victim in Kingsessing. The man was the first of five people killed in a mass shooting.
