Leasehold Abuse - The Facts

Background and history - Part 7 - one particular freehold/ leasehold framework we know of - a continuation in respect of:
- Are these RA Directors single-handedly responsible for trashing our
"capital values"?
- Are all marketers liars?
- Are these RA Directors stupid?
- Did they lie to a Judge... on more than one occasion?
- Was legal negligence at play here? That's what we were told...
- Is their law firm made of the same fabric?
- If something looks like shit and smells like shit, what do you think it is?
Failure to comply with court directions:
Failing to follow court directions can have serious consequences for your case, including:
- Costs: You may need to pay some costs to your opponent.
- Striking out your claim: Your entire claim may be struck out of court.
- Fines: You may be fined.
- Asset seizure: Your assets may be seized.
- Imprisonment: You may be imprisoned.
- Barred from relying on evidence: Or, you may be barred from relying on evidence in the proceedings, such as a witness statement.
Specific enforcement measures will depend on the circumstances of the case and the nature of the non-compliance.
Failure to serve court directions, well, that's nothing short of legal negligence.
