I call that “Creating a Strengths-Based Career.”

I’ve made it my life’s mission to support, encourage, and inspire people to live more meaningful lives. That’s what makes my life meaningful.

I coach early and mid-career professionals seeking a career change and searching for new jobs to understand their natural talents, identify opportunities in the current market to use those talents, and communicate their value effectively to people who can hire them. I meet with clients across the United States by Zoom video.

I work with people who have big questions about what’s next who want support and guidance to figure it out and then need help to get there. I support job seekers step by step all the way to the finish line.

For over 20 years I’ve done this through my work in higher education as a college career counselor, advisor, and faculty member teaching career and learning strategy courses. I’ve taught MBA students, first-year undergraduate students, and everything in between. Over the years, I've expanded into private practice to serve career transition and job search clients who want to create a more meaningful life.

I also work with workplace teams to become workplaces people don’t want to leave. When teams are working from their strengths and have hope for their careers, people are more productive, employees are happier, and even in the midst of “The Great Resignation,” people stay and grow.

I’ve developed a unique way of looking at a career, combining my training in Strengths with my knowledge of Career Development to help all the people I serve to create strengths-based careers.
