John 15:10 – "If you keep my commandments, you will abide in my love; just as I have kept my father’s commandments and abide in his love.”
Jesus followed the Father’s commandments in every aspect. By obeying the Father, the Son has won the love of the Father and has set a role model for us. Jesus is expecting this kind of obedience and love from us. We can follow God’s commandments only if we love Him just like Jesus obeyed the Father’s commandments out of perfect love.
