Take this walk down memory lane with me as I share a piece of writing that helped me understand and process my feelings towards a particular individual in my life in a positive way. Writing has always been a comforting tool of self-expression for me as it allows me to have a voice in and heal. Writing can be a powerful tool of healing and while sharing such intimate writing can be intimidating it can also be an extremely empowering act.
