This universe has laws that we are still trying to understand and work with. In today's episode, Heath talks about the law of attraction and how we work with it, and sometimes against it, with the state of emotion we embody. The universe is made up of vibration at its core, and our emotions are nothing but thought waves measured as vibrational waves.
So do we attract things into our lives but the vibration we emit? Is manifestation a real thing, and are we doing it unknowingly? Lets de-mystify the concepts of manifestation, and talk about how we can bring more of the things we want to us in our lives by embodying a state of gratitude on a more regular basis.
