Prayer AND Fasting! You hear it a lot in scripture. Old Testament and New!
Ten years ago, I was NOT practicing this spiritual discipline, nor had I ever been taught to... which is why I get so EXCITED to teach it to you!
My prayer is that if you're NOT fasting, this directs you to what God says about the discipline in His word and that your faith GROWS because of it!
