If you follow me on Instagram, you know that coffee & car therapy are a regular thing for me. The car has become a haven of relaxation, and also the place where my best thoughts come to me. Problem is, by the time I sit down to record a podcast episode, I've normally had so many thoughts, that its hard to recall even one! And definitely hard to capture the essence of what I was feeling when I first had the thought. So I've decided to start catching my thoughts in the moment.
