In this episode, we sit down with Jesse Harmon, founder of Run Hard.
Run Hard helps kids build the foundation for success in life by teaching them life values through the sport of running. They teach teamwork, wise choices, how to show positive peer pressure, honesty, respect, leadership and perseverance while training everyone to finish a 5k!
They work with public, private, charter, homeschool and community groups. Practices are held twice a week, right after school. If you are interested in hosting a group at your site or becoming a coach contact jesse@runhard.org.
