Welcome to Season 3 of Magical Moments! We are kicking off this season with our wonderful inspiring friend Yasmine Cheyenne. Yasmine is a self-healing educator, author, speaker, and mental wellness advocate who helps people learn how to cultivate daily practices to build healthy, joyful lives.
Yasmine has an incredible presence on IG and if you can join her for an in person event. She has a voice of calmness and is able to guide us on how we can connect more with our selves in a more loving way. Yasmine has a book called The Sugar Jar which is an amazing tool for healing. She also has a podcast that connects community and guests with myriad of topics ranging from worthiness to finance. And Yasmine has an app that offers another form of digital connection, The Sugar Jar Community. I love this app, it has meditations, video and audio workshops, meditations and connection.
