This is a phrase I love and which I owe full credit to one of my previous coaches and biz buddies Gemma Gilbert for introducing me to this.

I still use this when doubting things and stalling in action taking, and I will often ask this of my clients.

As humans, we are oddly happy to stay in the status quo, even though it may not be our happy place. Why do we do that? Well that’s what we are talking about in today's episode.

I believe that everything in life is a choice, and we can choose to change the things that we are not happy with.
