What is Coaching?
Coaching is a profession that has really been growing in popularity over the past two decades. Recently I heard that coaching is among the fastest growing professions today. Since I have referred to my coaching in past episodes I thought I would take a few episodes to talk about what coaching is and the value it can bring to those experiencing it and to those who get trained in it. I begin in this episode defining what coaching is and in what way(s) it is distinguished from other helping approaches.
