C.W. Metcalf was a highly respected teacher, performer, and author on the use of humor in stress management. His message was based on research with crisis and trauma survivors who remained healthy, resilient, and creative under pressure. Eventually, his own life-and-death battles inspired him the most, as he recovered from two brain cancer surgeries and battled adult leukemia. Interviewed by Winn Claybaugh, C.W. shared a cancer survivor's joy in being alive. Sadly, C.W. lost his battle in 2007, but his powerful message is a wonderful legacy for all of us."
