We are also delving into how the impact or consequences of decisions are judged - how you know you’ve made the right decision - and how decision making practices might inform organisational and personal leadership learning.

To discuss this topic we talk to Helen Nolan, an executive director at the University of Southern Queensland. Helen is a senior executive with significant experience in leadership, marketing and business development. At the top level her decisions have affected national defence force marketing and university strategy. Helen knows decisions-equal-results in business, and results can be measured.
