Meditation with Purple Paisley

Let's go on a journey to celebrate the season of Lughnasadh or Lammas (Aug 1). This is longer than our other adventures and make sure you have paper and pen to make notes after. 1. What was the grain you saw growing? How many crops did you see?
2. How did it all smell? How did your skin feel?

4. Describe the tree and stone piles. Colors, arrangement.

6. What did you ask? What did he tell you?
7. What were his expressions?
8. How did you feel?
9. Were there any animals, bugs, or birds?
10. What else did you notice?
