First we debrief the Spanish GP that was exciting for EBM (Everyone But Max). Is Alonso subject to a Stroll clause? What does it mean that Russell beat Checo outright -- do we have a real fight for second in the drivers and constructors on our hands? Either way, George won the weekend and our hearts with another weather zinger over the radio.
Which brings us to the story of the weekend -- the Mercedes upgrades! Mercedes finally jumped on Newey's bandwagon and it seems to be working. Other teams also brought upgrades although we were less impressed.
Finally, some fun headlines from the weekend. Guenther gets called into the stewards for... insulting the stewards! Then he gets let off for... not insulting them enough.
Lewis is re-signing with Merc? And if these hips don't lie, he's fanning the flames of a red hot romance with Shakira which we are here for.
