Welcome to Series 3 of Moonleaf's Druid podcast.
This first episode begins by walking passed the silent gardens of my neighbours until I arrive at my own. I explain how Druidry, for me, is about Life. Unlike many religions that tell us how to be - to be more mindful, to stop thoughts, to be less aggressive and so on, Druidry is what you are doing for life in the very moment, and whether that action is good for your body, your heart and for those who share your space. That alone brings healing.
In this episode and the next, we look at what is healing for the body and heart. The second episode will discuss how grounding your energy by spending some time walking barefoot, can help the body overcome many physical, emotional, and psychological problems.
