Meditation is a fascinating practice that has many benefits for both the mind and body. One of the most exciting aspects is the ability to explore different brain states and understand the science behind them. Consistently practicing meditation for just 15 minutes in the morning can have a powerful impact on self-care, and relaxation and can help to clarify your daily and overall life plan. It can be both enjoyable and effective.

In this episode, I cover the main 4 things to squeeze into a 15-minute morning routine.

  • Gratitude - Expressing gratitude for what you have in your life can help to shift your focus from what's lacking to what you already have. This can improve your overall well-being and boost your mood.
  • One big thing - Setting one main goal for the day can help you to focus and stay motivated throughout the day. This is a powerful tool to make progress on what's important to you.
  • Meditation - As discussed, meditation can have a number of benefits for the brain and body, including reducing stress, anxiety, and depression, and improving focus, attention, and overall cognitive function.
  • Journaling - Keeping a journal can be a powerful tool for self-reflection and self-discovery, it allows you to process your thoughts and emotions, and can be helpful in gaining perspective on different situations and understanding your behavior.

All these together practiced in the morning routine will be powerful and fun to start a day right.
