Innovation is a priority for many organizations who want to grow and develop in the post-recession economies. Companies need a systematic framework so innovation can occur at different levels of the organization

The A to F model is one of the most important frameworks in innovation that offers a full framework on Innovation inside organization where it tries to remove and delete several myths that innovation is mainly restricted to R&D or Design only but a key integeral part of everyone in the organization.

In the Second episode we touch base on what are the Innovation process components and how these components interact with each others and how the A to F model different roles are framed in this process. In this part we discuss more on the role of Activators in initiation the innovation process.
